Based on the Astronomical data report, the Sun sets at 6:54 Pm UTC+4 @ (282° 41.484′ W), and 7:43 pm @ (280°  4.992′ W) for the Moon which makes out only around 49 minutes before each set below the Horizon. It is therefore possible to sight the Crescent on this day in Oman but with difficulty by using naked eyes.
