The actual sighting started before sunset and ended at Moonset at 19:27 UTC+4. The Crescent (Hilal) was not seen from my position either by Telescope or binoculars. The Sun disappeared behind the haze at 18:49, just 8 minutes before the actual Sunset. The weather, in general, was hazy around the horizon with nearly 18% clouds across the skies at the time of actual sunset. It was reported that the crescent was seen by others in different area.
