The geocentric conjunction (Geocentric New Moon) (First light touch) will occur InShaAllah on (Sunday 18th June 2023) at 08:48 UTC+4 

Age of Moon: Waxing Crescent (Hilal) at sunset : ~ 0.42 days old. = 10.08 hrs

Set Time difference : ~28 minutes

Based on the Astronomical data report, the Moon crescent will be in the sky after sunset, however, its not possible to sight the crescent because the age is so young at sunset time and both Altitude and Azimuth are less than 6° away from the Sun.
