Based on the astronomical calculations and personal experience , the Crescent (Hilal) will NOT be visible across the country on this day.
Please note: Ramadan will be 30 days InShaAllah, if the Crescent was sighted on Wednesday 17th June 2015. However if not sighted on that day, then Ramadan will be 29 days. It is highly possible to sight Hilal of Shawwal on 17th July 2015 across the country. For other countries such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc, They will sight hilal on 16th June 2015, since it’s 29th of Shaban on that day. However due to the Moon will set before the Sun, it will not be possible to sight Hilal on that day, Therefore Shaban will continue its 30 days and Ramadan will start on 18th June 2015.
This is technical report only for sighting assistance, No final conclusion until the sighting has been taken place.
Ramadan Kareem and Eid Mubarak in advance to Everyone.
May Allah Accept our fasting, Prayers and good deeds. Ameen.
